Hubei Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is a new customer of ours, identified by our Henan-based sales representative while canvassing job sites along the project corridor. The customer is an out-of-province labor services contractor and a long-term partner of CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. With solid capabilities and a strong pipeline of project resources, the team follows projects year-round and operates with high mobility.

For this engagement, the customer was awarded the subgrade works for the Xichuan–Henan/Hubei provincial border section of the Mianchi–Xichuan Expressway, involving approximately 2 million m3 of rock excavation. Given the customer’s high mobility, they maintain stringent requirements for equipment suppliers—reliable machines, strong credibility, proven strength, and excellent service. Lixing Hang met these criteria, and we subsequently mobilized six large machines to site, including 323 GC, 336, and 349 models. Despite our rental rates for comparable tonnage being higher than competitors’, our value-based approach aligned precisely with the customer’s priorities and delivered a strong match to their needs.
